MGT's intensive program consists of small sessions designed to introduce and enhance the skills necessary to advance your management career, improving your level of strategic thinking and increasing your ability to lead effectively! You will undergo training in crucial areas of management such as financial strategy, project management, and dealing with difficult people.

If you're looking to elevate your game to the executive level, ELI is the program for you! ELI caters to those of you who are interested in pursuing careers at this altitude. This set of courses focuses on developing your natural leadership talent and is perfect for those who will be competing for executive positions and wish to be viable candidates. Registrants are selected from the pool of SHPE Professional Member applicants. A recommendation from their employer, identifying the applicant as having executive potential, is necessary.
